CWC Club Referral Program Terms and Conditions
  1) Eligibility: This referral program is open to all individuals and businesses, regardless of whether they are current members of the CWC Club.
  2) Referral Reward: A reward of $1,000 will be paid for each new member successfully referred to the CWC Club.
  3) Definition of a Successful Referral:

• A successful referral occurs when a new member signs up for the CWC Club membership and pays their first month's membership fee.
• The referred individual must not have been a member of the CWC Club at any time in the 12 months preceding the referral.
• If the CWC Club has an existing relationship or prior engagement with the referred party, no referral commission will be paid.
• If the new member does not remain a paying CWC member for at least 12 months, CWC reserves the right to reclaim the referral commission paid.

  4) Payment Terms:

• The referral reward will be paid one month after the receipt of the new member's first month's membership fee.
• This is a one-off payment and is not recurring for subsequent years or renewals of the new member's membership.
• To receive the payment, the referrer must provide an Australian Business Number (ABN) and submit an invoice to CWC Club. The invoice should include the line item “Commission for Referral”.

  5) Referral Process:

• Referrers should inform the new member to mention their name at the time of signing up.
• The CWC Club reserves the right to verify the referral and the authenticity of the new membership.

  6) Limitations:

• There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual or business can make.
• However, CWC Club reserves the right to cap the number of referrals rewarded if necessary.

  7) General:

• CWC Club reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• Participation in the referral program indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• The referral program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

  8) Disputes:

• In the event of any dispute, the decision of the CWC Club shall be final and binding.
