Typically these businesses are established in their market and are seeking to take the business to the next level – they have often “hit the ceiling” and are struggling with people issues. The business is often still too reliant on the owner/founder aka the Visionary – and they are trying to find a way to change this – or more typically they don’t realise they are the issue and need to get out of the way! Client Type: Private Job Titles: Leadership team; typically our first conversation or point of interest is with the business owner/founder/CEO, or the General Manager/MD. CFOs can be good connectors, but they are often sceptical. Location: Sydney; if they are elsewhere he can work in a remote/virtual capacity, but he doesn’t travel.
