Who We Are

DWR is a consulting business that sells 3 products.
  1. Netsuite ERP. Netsuite was the first true cloud ERP. They have 24000 customers around the globe and remain the strongest solution in their space. For those not that familiar with ERP here are two short explainers.

The main competitors are SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics and Pronto. If you come across those names and people aren’t satisfied with the tool then they are a good opportunity for us to talk with.
  1. Salesforce CRM. Worlds largest CRM designed to help sales teams and marketing teams manage customers more efficiently delivering revenue and customer success more easily.

  2. Integration Platform. SAAS DWR offers that allows any software to integrate with any other software seamlessly. This could include Netsuite and Salesforce talking to each other. Or any number of systems. Most common example is your website on Shopify integrating with Xero or MYOB.

Ideal Client

Wholesale and Manufacturing companies with 20 - 200 staff are the real sweet spot for Netsuite. 
 
DWR is a specialist with  Hospitality Groups. This is also a great target market for Netsuite The tool integrates with all of the systems hospitality requires making it easy to roll up all of the information into a single real time view of the group. 
 
Businesses with multiple subsidiaries and complex finance requirements. Netsuite is the best financial consolidation tool in the market by a long way.  


Target Market for Netsuite and Salesforce

Netsuite
  1. Australian Based
  2. Revenue above 10M and below 200M
  3. Between 15 and 100 staff
  4. Light Manufacturing or Wholesale Distribution businesses
  5. Any business with multiple entities and multiple locations as Netsuite Core Financials is the best consolidation tool in the market.
    1. Hospitality Group with multiple venues running on individual Xero or MYOB programs
    2. Business with multiple subsidiaries locally or internationally
    3. Businesses that aspire to rapid growth or international markets (These could be less than 10m revenue but need a platform that is rock solid and easily audited)
  6. Business with plans to float. (60% of small cap floats on the ASX use Netsuite)
  7. Businesses that are running on spreadsheets and double handling of processes. They may have been small and hobbled together what they could to make the business work but need to move to a mid-tier product and have a single source of truth.
  8. In most cases change is driven by the CFO or Finance Team. Target market for us is CFO, CEO, CIO, Head of IT
Salesforce
  1. Any business with a sales team or customer care team.
  2. Any business using a CRM
  3. DWR are very good at working with businesses who have Salesforce and are not happy with it. For a very small amount we can fix it for them and then build out a roadmap to build ROI for the business
